Nestled in Marina Botafoch, Ibiza, Trattoria del Mar has been consecutively honored with the Sun of the Repsol Guide in 2014 and 2015, testifying to its culinary distinction. The D'Ambrosio brothers – Antonio, Luciano, and Alessandro – seamlessly blend Neapolitan flair with modern gastronomy, curating a menu spotlighting market-sourced ingredients, notably seafood and fish featured in their creations. The restaurant's panoramic vista of Dalt Vila and the harbor enhances the dining experience, complemented by an extensive array of Italian and Spanish wines. A magnet for celebrities, Trattoria del Mar opens its doors from 1 pm to 12 am daily, except Sundays when it welcomes guests from 7 pm, and offers a fixed-price lunch menu, presenting an enticing selection of dishes and delectable desserts for a delightful midday indulgence.
